I loved well-organised and neat room here.

The hotel was located just off the shops and the transport system and the mall and activities and most activities. All of the staff were respectful, excellent co-operating. The venue had indeed a stunning and unbeatable location in a very quiet area. Also, the property was 2 miles away from Bosveld Mall.

There were well-organised, spacious rooms with a spa bath and a balcony, for example. It was nice to find an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

The rooms here were really spacious and awesome. I mean, they had a fancy spa bath and a nice bathroom. the location of this place was so pretty and there were cool entertainment options around 😊.

Our spacious room had a huge balcony and a well-equipped bathroom. The double shower and jacuzzi bath were a luxurious touch. The room was nicely decorated with lots of plants, giving it a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was quite nice, and the staff were helpful and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay here. The location of this place is so quiet and peaceful that we had one of the best night's sleep in ages! The service was great, with dry cleaning, laundry and housekeeping all available. We were welcomed with a tasty drink on arrival, and the staff were very helpful in organizing tours and tickets. Our room was equipped with everything we needed, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities, flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. We loved relaxing on the terrace in the garden furniture while taking in the beautiful scenery.

It was delicious and satisfying, offering a great start to the day.

there were some cleanliness issues with the pool and jacuzzi.

There were a few things that could have been better. The pool was not ready for use and we were only informed of this after payment had been made.

There was an issue with the chemicals in the jacuzzi that made the room smell unpleasant.

I enjoyed the beautiful garden and how close the hotel was to most of the activities and entertainment facilities. The hotel staff, especially Jerry at the reception, were cute and made my stay pleasant. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. the staff went above and beyond in ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. They were accommodating and helpful, especially when it came to arranging transportation for us. Secondly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a lovely balcony overlooking the serene surroundings. Lastly, the breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and filling, giving us the perfect start to our day.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was excellent.
